Passover 2012

Passover 2012.  It has been another busy year - how we got to April this quickly I do not know.  But we did make time for Passover of course.

You can see our Sedar plate above.

Below, David is busy preparing the special ritual treats - the haroset.  He is mixing the apples and honey (and we tried almonds this year instead of walnuts).  It was very tasty.  He did a nice job.

David was right in there with mom getting the rest of the Sedar dinner ready.  (He uses a stool to measure up and equally participate in the process.)

Sarah is at Mills this quarter (and going back to Bennington next year).  She was swamped with exams and papers but she was here in spirit.  She painted the Sedar plate we use back in 12/23/98.  Pretty cool Sarah - didn't know we still used that plate from Color Me Mine.

Well - next year in Jerusalem as they say.  Of course, we did that with the entire family a few years back but what the heck - we had a great time.  David loved the ocean the most but Madsada wasn't bad either.  A little warm but my mom made it to the top with us.
