Going to the Park in the Morning

The Slide.  Our latest cool ritual in the morning before Summer takes David to Google Day Care is for David and Dad to head for the park across the street.  The big attraction is the cool twisted tube slide.

I hang my feet down the inside of the slide - keep in mind this is his idea.

David climbs on my legs, sits in between my feet (which are dangling down the edge of the slide) and then lets go with a blood curdling scream.

He is a real nut on this slide. It is the first time he has ventured this far.  Before he was afraid of it.  Now he goes down this slide a million times at race car speeds and laughs all the way down.

Now do you have this much fun each morning before going to "work".

You can see the existential birth like metaphor of a long tube to birth below - use your imagination - he is just reliving it I guess.
