David's 1st Violin Recital - October 20, 2011
Yes - this man is ready to play. We are outside the recital hall and this man is jazzed (so to speak).
David got a little practice in before the recital (in the parking lot).
Mom is checking for last minute touches.
The man is serious.
We enter the concert hall and he is on the program.
They are listed in order of skill level. David is looking good.
He is the 6th child playing tonight out of 9.
David is ready to play (just a little warming up first).
He is a very intense player - really concentrates.

To a wonderful class of budding violinists!
His parents are so proud.
Really, he was one of the best performers
of the evening.
He stood correctly, introduced his piece with poise, and played beautifully.
Ok - Cookie Time. He deserved it. What a great 1st recital for all involved.
Practice really paid off. Nice job little man.

You will have to be sure to bring your violin with you when you come to visit Bubbe! I would just LOVE to hear you play in person!! Love, Bubbe
Congratulations on your recital David! What a nice event to be a part of! We can't wait to see you again and hear you play live! By the time we see you next I'm sure you will be even better as you are already a very accomplished musician! What additional instrument will you play next? ;-)
